Returns & Exchanges

As part of our commitment to create the most satisfying shopping experience for you, subject to terms and conditions, you can return the merchandise to us and get a refund should you change your mind after receipt of the merchandise. Please note that the terms outlined here apply only to purchases made through our online shop and online purchases cannot be returned to our stores.
- Unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (not include sales tax) if you contact us within 7 days of its receipt by telephone or email. Please make sure to have your order number ready. You will have to pay for the cost of return shipping which will not be refunded.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, i.e. with its original packaging and tags intact. No refunds will be issued on goods inspected which are found to be worn, altered or damaged.
- Return shipping costs will be refunded only on faulty items or items sent to you in error. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
- Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase order.
Merchandise ordered through the online shop cannot be exchanged. Customers who want an alternative product must return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Changes and Cancellations
Once an online shopping order is confirmed, changes and cancellations will not be accepted.
