Simply select your desired product(s) and tell us the shipping destination, we’ll take care of the rest. Our delivery service is available from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. We are happy to ship to any designated location that is most convenient to you.
Shipping Carrier
To ensure our customers enjoy the most efficient and satisfying shipping service, we have assigned well known international carrier(s) as our shipping carrier.
A signature is required to acknowledge receipt of the delivery. In the event that no one is available to sign and acknowledge receipt of the shipment, you will be contacted by the carrier for alternative delivery arrangement.
Shipping & Handling Rates
- Shipping charges based on product weight per order are calculated and shown to you at the check-out stage of your purchase order.
- We offer free delivery for any order at HKD600 or above in Hong Kong.
- For international deliveries, free delivery service is being offered to any order at USD329 or above.

Others: Free shipping with purchase of USD390 (HK$3,042)
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is for your reference only. Not including public holiday and weekends. Actual delivery time may varies. Sometimes, payment and address verification may take extra working days before your order can be shipped.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by customs clearance.
Tax and Duties
Relevant import taxes and duties calculated according to your shipping destination are included in the final purchase price and listed in details in the order statement.
